Set to open this autumn, the ground floor the venue totals at 12,000 square feet and comes with a mezzanine, while the cellar covers 7,000 square feet.
CRANE's press release reads: "Adjoining the main rooms, a mid-sized hangar-like terrace fers an escape from the action, boasting plush seating under subtle lights, completed with a view over the nearby canal."
September 29 is the , with Steve Lawler, Richy Ahmed, Kölsch, Cristoph and Roth$tein all playing.
As well as hosting parties, CRANE will be a space for art exhibitions, markets, product launches, street food events and theatre shows.
