A 28-year-old man has been arrested after a 25-year-old woman was found dead in woodland surrounding the festival site.
Dorset Police has that ficers were called to the Lulworth Estate site at around 1am this morning (September 11) after "reports a concern for welfare" a woman from London.
The statement adds: "Very sadly, following a search the area the body the woman was located in a wooded area on the edge the festival site. Her family have been informed and the coroner has been notified."
The man arrested is currently being interviewed under caution while forensic ficers examine the area where the victim was found. Police are yet to release the identity the victim.
Dorset Police's Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Derbyshire said: "Following the discovery the woman's body we have now launched an investigation into her death. We have specially-trained ficers supporting her family at this very difficult time.
"Enquiries are now underway to establish how she died. A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course and this should give us more an indication as to the cause her death.
"We are working closely with the festival organisers and I would appeal to anyone with any information about the incident to contact Dorset Police."
